We deliver construction project outcomes using our proprietary Build‑Control platform and integrated expertise. Our scope may include project security and delivery control (schedule, budget, quality), asset creation and general coordination, revenue management for real estate projects, and operation of the Build‑Control platform. Specific scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual agreements with clients.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any materials, code, designs, and content created by VISPEX remain our property until full payment is received, after which rights are transferred as specified in the contract.

4. Privacy

5. Payments

Payment terms are defined in individual agreements and invoices. Late payments may incur statutory interest and may suspend ongoing work.

6. Liability

We provide services with due care and professional diligence. To the extent permitted by law, VISPEX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts in Warsaw have exclusive jurisdiction.
